My own journey to real estate success began in an unexpected place – a restaurant where I worked as a waiter to support my education. That’s where I met my future mentor, a customer who eventually became pivotal to my career. She encouraged me to explore the real estate industry as a career and it turned out to be a life-changing decision that I remain grateful for to this day.
From 2010 to 2019, I had the opportunity to work closely with my mentor, Mrs. Alice Chirichella, the best salesperson I have ever encountered. The years I spent under her mentorship were instrumental in shaping my career and professional outlook, which instilled in me the importance of client and commitment.
Working with the top names in the industry
I officially started my real estate journey in 2003, when I obtained my license and joined Keller Williams Realty.
In 2007, I joined Sacks Realty Co. in Jersey City as an intern, working closely with the company head, Robert G. Sacks, in the home building and remodeling sector. During this time, I played a crucial role in the new home sales and condominium conversions division.
When Mr. Sacks passed in 2010, I was appointed as a business partner by Mrs. Alice Chirichella, who was the Executive Vice President of Sacks Realty. Together, we rebranded Sacks Realty to JSQ Realty, a name that honors its deep roots in Jersey City where it was established a century ago.

With several years of experience in northeast New Jersey, I now lead JSQ Realty with a vision that combines traditional values with innovative approaches. My journey from a chance encounter in a restaurant to the helm of a renowned real estate firm is a testament to the power of mentorship, hard work, and seizing opportunities.
